The City Auditor's main responsibility is to protect
and to enhance the fiscal integrity of the city,
while promoting city-wide initiatives.
The City Auditor is divided into four sections:
financial management, debt management, grants management,
and information systems. The mission of the financial
management section is to promote and effect informed
financial decisions and the allocation of resources
through the provision of sound information and advice.
